The Enforcement and Liquidation Center will oversee the holding of 48 real estate auctions during the period from 15 to 28 February 2026, to sell 663 diverse real estate assets including residential, commercial and agricultural properties in various regions of the Kingdom.
The Riyadh region tops the list of real estate auctions with (12) auctions to sell (175) properties, followed by the Makkah region with (11) auctions to sell (175) properties.Sa/83516/">real estate auctions with (12) auctions to sell (175) properties, followed by the Makkah region with (11) auctions to sell (190) properties, then the Eastern Province with (6) auctions to sell (50) properties.In Qassim region (5) auctions to sell (111) properties, in Hail region (3) auctions to sell (40) properties, in Asir region (5) to sell (17) properties, in addition to a number of electronic real estate auctions held in Medina, Tabuk, Al Jawf, Najran, Northern Borders and Jazan region.
