Abha Real Estate Investment Forum discusses legislative enablers and growth opportunities in the region

<The “Abha Real Estate Investment Forum” organized by the Abha Chamber of Commerce today, in cooperation with the Ministry of Investment and in strategic partnership with the Regional Development Authority, witnessed the holding of a number of dialogue sessions and specialized workshops, with the participation of a group of experts and specialists in the real estate development and investment sectors.<The sessions addressed the future of real estate investment in the Asir region, anticipating market shifts and promising qualitative opportunities, in addition to discussing the most prominent legislative and regulatory possibilities that contribute to enhancing the efficiency of the sector and raising its competitiveness, in order to enhance the attractiveness of the investment environment in the region. The participants reviewed major real estate projects that represent a tributary to comprehensive development, contribute to expanding the base of investment partnerships, and stimulate local and foreign capital, in support of the objectives of the Asir Development Authority to establish Asir as a leading investment and tourism destination at the level of the Kingdom, within the framework of the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

The First Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce in Abha, Saeed bin Ali Al Qamash, stressed that the organization of the forum comes within the framework of efforts aimed at enhancing the investment movement in the real estate sector in Asir region, supporting the paths of sustainable urban development, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, and contributing to raising the investment attractiveness of the region, and investing its natural and economic assets.

First Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce in Abha, Saeed bin Ali Al Qamash. <The forum witnessed the signing of a number of cooperation agreements between the Chamber of Commerce in Abha, the Asir Education Department and King Khalid University, with the aim of investing assets and supporting the economic and educational movement in the Asir region, as well as a presentation of modern real estate technologies during the exhibition held on this occasion, and a review of opportunities for direct communication with real estate developers in the region.

The forum aims to create an interactive platform that brings together investors, real estate developers and decision makers, discuss quality investment opportunities in Asir region, discuss the challenges facing the sector, and review possible solutions to enhance the efficiency of the market.
