Launched by the Riyadh Region Infrastructure Projects Center, in collaboration with the General Directorate of Traffic, an automated service for traffic accident compensation related to infrastructure projects, in a move aimed at improving processing mechanisms, expediting procedures, and enhancing efficiency through direct technical integration and data sharing between the two entities.
The service allows beneficiaries to complete the compensation process electronically through an integrated workflow that begins with filing an accident report with the General Directorate of Traffic, followed by receiving an accident registration number, and finally tracking the request via a dedicated link, ensuring clarity and ease of tracking. The service also helps accurately identify the implementing entity responsible for the accident site, thereby enhancing transparency and streamlining the beneficiary’s experience. This service is part of the Center’s ongoing efforts to improve services related to infrastructure projects in the Riyadh region, enhance the beneficiary’s experience, and strengthen integration with relevant authorities.
The Center noted that this initiative is part of the “Asul Program,” which comprises a series of transformative initiatives aimed at developing the infrastructure system in the Riyadh region, enhancing coordination, and improving the quality of work.
