«ROSHN signs strategic partnerships to sell and develop land in Sidra community worth more than SAR 1.3 billion

Roshan Group has signed strategic agreements for the sale and development of land worth more than 1.3 billion riyals in partnership with a group of local real estate developers to develop residential and commercial projects within Sidra north of Riyadh.The projects covered by these agreements span a total area of more than 72,000 square meters, dedicated to the development of residential apartments and various commercial projects within the Sidra community north of Riyadh.<This move reflects ROSHN Group's commitment to expand the base of strategic partnerships as a key pillar to accelerate growth and drive comprehensive urban development. Through these partnerships, integrated residential environments will be developed that adhere to the highest standards, as the development partners will implement various residential and commercial projects within the master plan of Sidra, in line with the Group's vision to develop vibrant and integrated communities that enhance the quality of life for its residents.

The agreements included the signing of two contracts with a total investment value of SAR 1.1 billion to develop a land area of more than 55 thousand square meters, an agreement worth SAR 262 million to develop an area of more than 14 thousand square meters, in addition to an agreement to develop commercial facilities in Sidra.

These projects will contribute to diversifying residential and commercial options, enhancing the attractiveness of the community and meeting the aspirations and needs of various customers.

These agreements confirm ROSHN Group's commitment to developing vital destinations, as it leads the transformation of the real estate sector by developing integrated destinations and communities, by establishing effective partnerships with the private sector and supporting local content in all its projects, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
