<The first project includes the implementation of a commercial project in Bir Othman neighborhood on Khalid bin Al-Walid Road, with an area of (5,233.55) square meters; it aims to attract investors, enhance competitiveness, and meet the needs of consumers, in order to contribute to supporting the economic movement in the region.
The second project includes the implementation of a commercial residential project in Al-Ahn neighborhood on Sira bint Dabhan Road, with an area of (10,734) square meters.13) square meters; with the aim of developing the commercial sector, and stimulating investment, and providing integrated services that meet the needs of the population and contribute to promoting urban development.
The Municipality stressed that these projects come within its plans to develop the urban landscape, enhance the elements of investment, and support economic development, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
The second project includes the implementation of a commercial residential project in Al Ahn neighborhood on Saraa bint Dabhan Road.
