Residential and commercial projects approved to boost investment in Medina

A commercial project in Bir Othman neighborhood and a residential and commercial project in Al-Ahn neighborhood to support economic mobility and develop the city's urban landscape.

The the Medina Municipality has approved the implementation of two residential and commercial projects as part of its efforts to develop the commercial sector, stimulate investment, and enhance the investment climate in Medina.

The first project involves the construction of a commercial development in the Bir Othman neighborhood on Khalid bin Al-Waleed Road, covering an area of 5,233.55 square meters; It aims to attract investors, enhance competitiveness, and meet consumer needs, thereby contributing to the region’s economic growth.
The second project involves the development of a mixed-use residential and commercial project in the Al-Ahn neighborhood on Sara bint Dabhan Road, covering an area of (10,734.13) square meters; with the aim of developing the commercial sector, stimulate investment, provide integrated services that meet residents’ needs, and contribute to urban development.

The Secretariat confirmed that these projects are part of its plans to develop the urban landscape, strengthen the foundations for investment, and support economic development, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
