Engineer Faisal bin Hatlin, a specialist in the events sector, revealed their plans to launch several exhibitions, the first of which is “Al-Dar,” set to open in late May at the Movenpick Hotel in Riyadh. This decision follows an assessment of the needs of both producers and consumers, with the aim of serving as a strategic link that meets the needs of both parties.

Bin Hatlin added: ”The Al-Dar Exhibition specializes in everything related to the residential sector, whether it concerns construction and building or investment projects. It primarily attracts all those interested in this vital sector, from investors to individuals eager to build their own homes, as the exhibition serves as a comprehensive platform covering all the finer details of residential projects, from building materials and architectural designs to contracting work, interior finishes, and more.“

Regarding the economic impact of exhibitions and events, Ibn Hatlin stated that the economic returns from such events in the Kingdom exceeded 11 billion riyals last year, and he expects this figure to reach approximately 15 billion over the next two years.
