The Enforcement and Liquidation Center supervised the holding of 60 real estate auctions during the period from 1 to 15 March 2026, to sell 631 real estate assets ranging from residential, commercial and agricultural, distributed across different regions of the Kingdom.

Riyadh region topped the list with 21 auctions to sell 182 properties, followed by Makkah region with 7 auctions to sell 95 properties, Madinah region with 5 auctions to sell 89 properties, Eastern region with 8 auctions to sell 64 properties, Asir region with 4 auctions to sell 65 properties, and Qassim region with 4 auctions to sell 43 properties.<In the rest of the regions, two auctions were held in Al Baha for 17 properties, Tabuk for 15 properties, Jazan for 14 properties, Hail for 12 properties, Najran for 12 properties, Al Jouf for 13 properties, and Northern Borders for 10 properties.

In the rest of the regions, two auctions were held in each of the regions.
