The Enforcement and Liquidation Center supervises the holding of 47 real estate auctions during the period from 15 to 31 March 2026, to sell 557 real estate assets ranging from residential, commercial and agricultural, distributed in a number of regions of the Kingdom. <The Riyadh region topped the list with 16 auctions to sell 204 properties, followed by the Makkah region with 7 auctions to sell 115 properties, then the Eastern region with 7 auctions to sell 47 properties.

The Jizan region witnessed 4 auctions to sell 39 properties, the Qassim region 3 auctions to sell 39 properties, and the Asir region 3 auctions to sell 41 properties.In the rest of the regions, two auctions were held in Tabuk region to sell 22 properties, while one auction was held in Madinah region to sell 6 properties, Hail region to sell 19 properties, Al Jouf region to sell 16 properties, Northern Borders region to sell 5 properties, and Al Baha region to sell 4 properties.
