Jeddah Municipality removed yesterday, encroachments on government land in Al-Ajwad neighborhood within the scope of Breman sub-municipality, after monitoring an assault represented in the establishment of buildings and shops in irregular ways on the site.<The mayor of Buraiman Sub-Municipality, Fahd bin Sharaf Al-Maliki, explained that the monitoring teams spotted the encroachment during their field tours, where it was found that constructions and shops were built inside a government land belonging to a ministry without having legal documents, indicating that regular measures were taken and violations were removed on a total area of (74,050) square meters.The General Authority for State Properties to complete the regular procedures by virtue of jurisdiction, stressing that these efforts come within the Municipality's ongoing work to address encroachments on government lands, implement regulations and limit the exploitation of public sites in irregular ways.

Jeddah Municipality confirmed the continuation of its field control rounds to monitor violations and address them according to the regulations, calling for compliance with legal requirements and not to encroach on government lands and report any violations
