The Haramat Balconies project in Makkah, one of Al-Khamasiya Real Estate Group’s investments, hosted special Ramadan evenings as part of a private diwaniya organized by Aqar One in partnership with ”Asayel Al-Masaken,” attended by a select group of dignitaries, endowment officials, and those interested in the history and future of Mecca.

The gathering began with a welcome speech that highlighted the status of Mecca and its rich history, taking the audience on a journey through time to explore the customs of the people of Makkah and its unique atmosphere of faith, which makes it a destination for Muslims from all over the world. The gathering featured a rich discussion on the role of endowments in serving the Two Holy Mosques and visitors to the Sacred House of God, as well as a review of examples of endowment initiatives that have historically contributed to supporting Makkan society and promoting development in the Holy City.

The session also addressed a number of topics related to the evolution of endowment management and its modern mechanisms, in addition to reviewing the urban and investment transformations taking place in Mecca in light ofthe Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and the promising development opportunities it offers. The organizers emphasized that this Diwaniya is part of a series of initiatives aimed at bringing together those interested in the history, economy, and future of Makkah in a rich space for dialogue that combines knowledge and enjoyment, while raising awareness of the role of endowments in serving the community and developing the Holy City.

The evening concluded with a welcome to the attendees and a reaffirmation that Makkah will remain a spiritual and cultural symbol that combines the depth of history with the horizons of the future.

It is worth noting that the Diwaniya headquarters has become a hub for real estate and development professionals in Makkah, coinciding with the “Sharaf Al-Haram” project’s fulfillment of all requirements and its comprehensive offering of services and appropriate price points for a broad segment of Mecca’s community and those wishing to own property in Makkah al-Mukarramah.
This concept will be further enhanced by providing everything that owners of villas, apartments, and residential or commercial land could desire.
