National gypsum (40 kg) stabilized at 15.7 riyals, with no significant changes. Ready Concrete, prices remained almost constant, as the price of regular concrete (350 kg) reached 217.8 riyals per cubic meter, and the price of resistant concrete (350 kg) rose to 228.2 riyals. Ordinary concrete (250 kg) recorded 199 riyals, and resistant (250 kg) 208 riyals, recording relative stability compared to the previous month.
<In terms of other building materials, the price of municipal marble breaking tiles stabilized at 23.3 riyals per square meter, while white fine sand witnessed a slight decrease by 0.5% to reach 77.1 riyals, and red sand decreased by 0.7% to record 38.5 riyals. In contrast, the price of the mixture (sand and gravel 1 cubic meter) increased by 0.4% to 52.2 riyals, a slight movement from the previous month.
