Building materials prices in Saudi Arabia witnessed remarkable stability during February 2026, with limited movement in cement and concrete prices, according to data released by the General Authority for Statistics.
In the Cement sector, national black cement (50 kg) maintained its price at 15.8 riyals, while national white cement (50 kg) recorded a slight increase by 1% to reach 38.2 riyals. National gypsum (40 kg) stabilized at 15.7 riyals, with no significant changes.
Ready Concrete, prices remained almost constant, with the price of ordinary concrete (350 kg) reaching 217.8 riyals per cubic meter, and the price of resistant concrete (350 kg) rose to 228.2 riyals. Ordinary concrete (250 kg) recorded 199 riyals, and resistant (250 kg) 208 riyals, recording relative stability compared to the previous month.
On the level of other building materials, the price of municipal marble fracture tiles stabilized at 23.3 riyals per square meter, while white fine sand witnessed a slight decrease by 0.5% to reach 77.1 riyals, and red sand decreased by 0.7% to record 38.5 riyals. In contrast, the price of the mixture (sand and gravel 1 cubic meter) increased by 0.4% to 52.2 riyals, a slight movement from the previous month.
