The Enforcement Center is supervising the holding of (75) real estate auctions during the period from 1 to 15 April 2026, to sell (917) real estate assets ranging from residential, commercial and agricultural, in a number of regions of the Kingdom, within the Center's efforts to enhance the efficiency of asset liquidation and provide investment opportunities in the real estate market.

Riyadh region topped the list of regions with (22) auctions to sell (241) properties, followed by Makkah region with (16) auctions to sell (216) properties, then Qassim region with (9) auctions to sell (142) properties, in an indicator that reflects the investment movement and increasing growth in these regions.

The Eastern Province also witnessed (7) auctions for the sale of (75) properties, the Asir region (5) auctions for the sale of (67) properties, while (4) auctions were held in the Medina region for the sale of (42) properties, and (4) auctions in the Jazan region for the sale of (50) properties.<In the rest of the regions, two auctions were held in Najran region to sell (37) properties, two auctions were held in Hail region to sell (17) properties, while one auction was held in Tabuk region to sell (6) properties, Al Jouf region to sell (12) properties, Northern Borders region to sell (8) properties, and Al Baha region to sell (4) properties.
