His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Hail Region, sponsored in his office the ceremony of handing over the documents of ownership of housing units to the beneficiaries of eligible families in the region, as part of the generous donation made by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, in the amount of one billion riyals from his own expense, in the presence of the advisor to the Minister of Municipalities and Housing for the third sector and general supervisor of the Agency .Developmental Housing in the presence of Sultan bin Jaris Al Jaris, Secretary General of the Community Development Housing Corporation "Sakan“ Rashid bin Mohammed Al Jalajil, and the Governor of the region Engineer Sultan bin Hamed Al Zaidi, along with a number of officials from the Ministry, the Corporation and the Municipality.

This generous support comes in implementation of the directives of His Highness the Crown Prince - may God protect him - to complete quality housing projects within a record period not exceeding 12 months, and to implement them through national companies, in order to promote sustainable development and improve the quality of life.

His Highness was briefed during the ceremony on a visual presentation on the details of the donation initiative, where Sakan worked to select housing units in Hail region according to the highest technical specifications and quality of life standards, to achieve an integrated and sustainable housing environment for deserving families.

For his part, the Secretary General of Sakan expressed his thanks to HH the Emir for sponsoring the ceremony, stressing that this generous support reflects the keenness of the wise leadership to enable deserving families to own suitable housing, praising the integration of efforts between the concerned authorities to complete and hand over the units within a short period of time.<HH the Emir of Hail praised the leadership's keen interest in providing the means of decent living for citizens, stressing that the housing and social initiatives embody its keenness to promote the welfare and stability of the citizen.

HHH the Emir of Hail extended his thanks and appreciation to His Highness the Crown Prince for this generous initiative, which reflects the leadership's approach in supporting citizens and consolidating the values of social solidarity.For his part, HE Minister of Municipalities and Housing and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Community Development Housing Corporation Majid bin Abdullah Al-Haqeel expressed his thanks to His Highness the Emir of Hail Region for his support and continuous follow-up, which contributed to the completion of the project with high efficiency and in record time.

Sakan continues to deliver housing units in various regions of the Kingdom in succession, within the donation of His Highness the Crown Prince - may God protect him - to achieve quality of life targets and provide sustainable housing solutions that meet the needs of deserving families.
