The Enforcement and Liquidation Center «Enfaz» that it will hold 82 real estate auctions during the period from April 15 to 30, 2026, to sell 893 real estate assets ranging from residential to commercial and agricultural properties in various regions of the Kingdom.

The Riyadh region topped the list of regions in terms of the number of auctions and properties offered, holding 29 auctions to sell 259 properties, followed by the Makkah region with 15 auctions for 176 properties, and then the Eastern Province with 11 auctions for 112 properties.
The Madinah region saw 6 auctions for the sale of 86 properties, and the Qassim region held 5 auctions for 67 properties, while four auctions were held in the Tabuk region to sell 24 properties, and three auctions each in the Hail region to sell 36 properties and the Jazan region to sell 42 properties.

The auctions also included two auctions in the Asir region to sell 39 properties and in the Al-Jawf region to sell 36 properties, while one auction was held in both the Northern Border region to sell 10 properties and the Al-Baha region to offer 6 properties.
