The District Secretary of Al-Baha Dr. Ali bin Muhammad Al-Sawat, reviewed the progress of the “Tallat Al-Baha” residential project, which is being implemented by the Cooperative Housing Association.
The tour included a visit to a number of model villas ready for sale, where he received a detailed briefing from the Association’s Chairman, Engineer Ahmed Al-Kali, on the current completion rates and implementation timelines.
The project comprises 68 residential units, including apartments ranging in size from 130 to 155 square meters, as well as detached villas ranging in size from 246 to 327 square meters.
Dr. Al-Sawat explained that the project represents a significant addition to the residential sector in the region and helps expand housing options for citizens.
