The process of submitting a request to split or merge a national address begins by logging into the Faraz platform via the National Portal, where the user selects the “Sabil Requests” services from the home page.
Next, the type of action is specified by creating a new Sabil request, then completing the request details by filling in the required information and accurately specifying the location. This is followed by reviewing and acknowledging the terms and conditions, then agreeing to them.
Once the data has been entered, the request can be tracked after creation by viewing it in the list of requests. The platform also allows users to review the request details before proceeding after selecting it.
In the next step, the payment process is completed using the invoice number. After payment, the order status will show as "Paid," and you can view a copy of the invoice.
The service also allows you to place an order for an existing order by entering the existing order number, then verifying the order via the verification icon to review the details, and finally completing the required information according to the steps outlined to create the new order.
