The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology's Digital Entrepreneurship Council (CODE) hosted His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Eng. Abdullah bin Amer Al-Swaha, to discuss the qualitative opportunities provided by the real estate sector, smart city solutions, and the growth opportunities for tech startups.

The Council also included a tour of the accompanying startup exhibition, which showcased models of <a href=“https://amlak” href="https://amlak.Real estate technologies, real estate finance digital platforms, as well as city management and operation solutions and municipal services, to enhance the efficiency of projects, improve the quality of services, and support the sustainability of the sector.<The Council discussed opportunities for integration between the technology, housing and municipal sectors, and enabling startups to develop innovative solutions in the fields of housing, urban planning and municipal services, thus contributing to expanding investment opportunities, stimulating technical innovation, and promoting the growth of the digital economy in the Kingdom.
