Jeddah Governor reviews Alma Destination project in Northern Bahr

The project spans more than 3 million square meters and includes residential, commercial and recreational areas with a waterfront that supports the quality of life in Jeddah

His Highness Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Jalawi, Governor of Jeddah, visited yesterday the “Alma Destination” project in Northern Bahr, and was greeted upon arrival by Abdulaziz Yamani, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Thuraya Urban Real Estate Company, the developer of the project.<His Highness listened to an explanation of the stages of implementation of the project, its future vision, and its role in supporting the quality of life and enhancing the attractiveness of Jeddah as an urban and investment destination.

His Highness toured the project, looking at the general plan of the project, which extends over an area of 3,125 square meters, and includes multiple facilities.It includes multiple facilities that include residential, commercial and recreational spaces, in addition to waterfronts and vital corridors that reflect modern concepts in the design of sustainable cities.

Alma Destination is one of the development projects in Jeddah, as it comes with an integrated vision for the waterfront by developing innovative urban spaces that combine housing, work and entertainment, and is characterized by its modern design, distribution into several integrated areas, in addition to the development of an extended sea walkway that enhances the visitor experience and creates a vibrant interactive environment and contributes to attracting quality investments and supporting the tourism and entertainment sectors.
