Riyadh and Jeddah lead the real estate scene
At the level of cities, Riyadh recorded 403 deals worth nearly 1.3 billion riyals, with an average price of 488 riyals per meter, compared to 367 deals in the previous week worth 479 million riyals.
In Jeddah, the number of deals reached 761 deals worth more than 1.2 billion riyals, at an average price of 2,152 riyals per meter, compared to 696 deals worth more than 1 billion riyals in the previous week.
Divergence in the performance of major cities
In Makkah, 160 deals worth more than 133 million riyals were recorded, while Medina witnessed 208 deals worth more than 173 million riyals, with an average price of 511 riyals per meter.

At the neighborhood level, Al Safa neighborhood in Jeddah topped the list of the most traded with 73 transactions, followed by Mars with 33 transactions, then Al Salama with 31 transactions, while Namar neighborhood in Riyadh came fourth with 30 transactions, and Marwa neighborhood in Jeddah came fifth with 28 transactions, reflecting the diversity of real estate activity between different cities and neighborhoods.
