Enforcement Center announced that it supervised (86) real estate auctions during the period from 1 to 15 May 2026, to sell (1,358) real estate assets ranging from residential, commercial and agricultural, in various regions of the Kingdom.<The Qassim region topped the list in terms of the number of properties offered with (361) properties across (11) auctions, followed by the Riyadh region with (25) auctions to sell (328) properties, then the Makkah region with (19) auctions to sell (300) properties.

The Eastern Province witnessed (8) auctions to offer (95) properties, while Asir hosted (5) auctions to sell (89) properties, (4) auctions in Najran were assigned to sell (43) properties, and (3) auctions in Hail and Al-Jouf to sell (46) and (36) properties, respectively.<The auctions included (3) auctions in Al Baha region to offer (7) properties, (2) auctions in Medina and Tabuk regions to sell (19) and (18) properties, as well as one auction in Jazan region to sell (16) properties.
