His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Emir of the Eastern Province, inaugurated a number of municipal, housing and investment projects worth more than two billion riyals at the Emirate Diwan today, in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al Haqeel.
