The Saudi Housing Finance Company “Sahl” and, continuing its long history of participation and attendance at various events related to the real estate finance, development, and housing sectors, to participate in the upcoming edition of the Riyadh Real Estate, Housing, and Urban Development Exhibition “Restatex Riyadh 2016” which will be held at the Riyadh International Exhibition and Convention Center under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Housing, Mr. Majed Al-Hogail, from April 24 to April 27, organized by Ramatan Exhibitions and Conferences.
“Sahl” through its upcoming participation in the exhibition to present its financing solutions to visitors, which will turn the dream of home ownership into a reality by offering Sharia-compliant financing products that cover all customer segments and meet their needs, whether they are employees of the or the private sector, as well as self-employed individuals, businesspeople, retirees, and residents.
For his part, Mr. Abdul-Ilah Al-Sheikh, CEO of the Saudi Housing Finance Company “Sahl,” commented that the company’s participation in the upcoming edition of the “Restatex Riyadh 2016” is of the utmost importance to the company’s priorities, as “Sahl”—having won the Best Retail Customer Service Provider award for 2015 at the “Banker Middle East Awards,” to meet its customers’ housing needs through its many current financing programs or new programs to be launched soon to align with the company’s aspirations and future vision.
Al-Sheikh explained that all programs offered by the Saudi Housing Finance Company are compliant with the provisions and principles of Islamic Sharia and are approved by the company’s Sharia Supervisory Board, whose primary responsibilities include ensuring the Sharia compliance of its operations and guaranteeing that all company activities align with the provisions andprinciples of Islamic Sharia.
