The fourth edition of Ceredo 2026, the Saudi Real Estate Development and Ownership Exhibition, one of the most prominent events specialized in the real estate and ownership sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, opens today at Aldara Hall in Dammam, from 4 to 6 May 2026.<The exhibition is sponsored by the Saudi Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, in partnership with the General Authority for Real Estate, and organized by Rowad Events, with the participation of a group of real estate developers, investors, real estate brokers, those looking for investment opportunities and promising residential and commercial opportunities, and all those interested in the real estate sector.

The Ceredo Real Estate Fair is an annual three-day event held to be a platform for the direct display and sale of real estate, and this exhibition has developed over the years to become one of the largest national real estate market exhibitions not only in Jeddah but in all regions of the Kingdom since its first edition was launched.
