Engineer Abdulmohsen bin Mohammed Al-Jamaz, Assistant Undersecretary of the Agency for Stimulating Housing Supply and Real Estate Development at the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, yesterday evening, Monday, the Saudi Real Estate Development and Home Ownership Exhibition “SIREDO 2026” at Al-Dara Hall in Dammam, in the presence of Engineer Fares Al-Arij, Deputy Secretary-General for Housing and Development at the Eastern Province Municipality.
Following the opening, Al-Jamaaz toured the exhibition halls, reviewing the details of the projects and offerings on display, which cover various real estate sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial, and investment sectors, as well as modern and sustainable residential complexes, many of which are being introduced for the first time in the Eastern Province.

During his tour, the Assistant Undersecretary of the Agency for Stimulating Housing Supply and Real Estate Development at the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing visited a number of government and private-sector platforms, where he learned about the services these institutions provide in the real estate sector and reviewed a number of new projects in the Eastern Province.
Now in its fourth edition, the exhibition is considered one of the most prominent real estate events in the Kingdom, serving as a strategic platform for exchanging expertise and showcasing the latest real estate development projects in Saudi Arabia and the Eastern Province.

In his speech, Bandar Al-Ghamdi, the exhibition’s general manager, emphasized that the real estate sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia continued to achieve positive growth indicators throughout 2026, expanding the investor base and diversifying projects, supported by a flexible legislative framework, clear regulatory procedures, and advanced digital services that contributed to increasing market efficiency and enhancing transparency.
The opening of “Serido 2026” included an honor ceremony hosted by the event’s sponsor to recognize strategic partners, sponsors, and supporters of the exhibition, in the presence of the chairman and members of the Real Estate and Urban Development Committee of the Eastern Province Chamber of Commerce.
”Serido 2026“ is being held for the first time in the Eastern Province under the patronage and participation of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing and the General Real Estate Authority (”Legislative Sponsor”), and the National Housing Company (”Main Sponsor"), in addition to the participation of a number of relevant government agencies, as well as a select group of real estate developers, financial institutions, and experts and specialists in the fields of real estate development and investment.
The exhibition will host distinguished awareness-raising and educational events over the next two days, including panel discussions and workshops featuring experts and specialists, covering all aspects of the real estate sector—from market shifts and supply-and-demand trends, to the future of artificial intelligence in real estate, women in real estate brokerage, real estate development opportunities in the endowment sector, the impact of real estate technologies on the market, the characteristics of a successful real estate broker, and quality of life in real estate developments.
