The Enforcement Center will oversee (46) real estate auctions during the period from 15 to 31 May 2026 to sell (528) diverse real estate assets, including residential, commercial and agricultural properties, distributed in a number of regions of the Kingdom.

The Riyadh region topped the list of real estate auctions with (17) auctions to sell (103) properties, followed by the Makkah region with (8) auctions to sell (149) properties, while the Eastern region witnessed (4) auctions to sell (59) properties. The list included (3) auctions in each of Medina (31) and Qassim (58), in addition to (3) auctions in Jazan (45), while two auctions were held in each of Hail (26) and Al-Jouf (18).

In the rest of the regions, one auction was held in Tabuk to sell (8) properties, Asir to sell (15) properties, Northern Borders to sell (11) properties, and Al Baha to sell (5) properties.
