NHC has announced the start of the actual operation of the electrical transmission station at Khiala in Jeddah, reflecting its commitment to develop an integrated infrastructure that enhances the energy system and contributes to providing reliable and high-quality services to the destination.<With a total capacity of 67 megavolt ampere (MVA) and two transformers, the plant aims to provide electrical service to more than 3,600 residential units, as well as facilities and all services in the destination, ensuring stable electricity supply and efficient operation.<This step contributes to enhancing the readiness of real estate projects in Khiala destination and raising the efficiency of services provided to residents, as part of NHC's objectives to develop integrated urban destinations that provide a sustainable residential experience. The company recently announced the completion of four residential areas within the destination, including Dar Smo, Al Muhindiya, Sama Jeddah and Garden View; a step that reflects the speed of completion and customer confidence in the quality of design and implementation.Khiala is one of the most prominent urban destinations that the company is developing in the Makkah region as part of its objectives to raise the quality of life and provide integrated destinations, spread over an area of more than 1.5 million square meters, and includes more than 3,600 residential units with modern designs that meet different aspirations, as well as a strategic location that connects it to the most important landmarks in Jeddah and its main roads, as well as the integration of basic and service facilities, and the spread of gardens and parks that give the destination a renewed vibrant character.
