Riyadh's real estate development loans approved for the new year

The Real Estate Development Fund in the Riyadh region approved the first batch of loans for the fiscal year 1434/1435 AH, following approval by the Fund’s Director General, Mr. Muhammad bin Ali al-Abdani. This batch included loan applicants up to application number (160740)
This was clarified by Engineer Musa’id bin Abdullah Al-Sa’id, Director General of the Real Estate Development Fund branch in the region, who noted that those whose loan applications have been approved must visit the branch starting next Saturday, the 7th of Rabi’ al-Awwal. He explained that the branch management has scheduled for the handover of mortgage documents, and that each applicant must bring the following items to their appointment: —
— Original title deed for the land (property)
– The original building permit
– The original civil ID card
– The original power of attorney for the agent (if applicable)
– The IBAN number
– The electricity connection statement for completed buildings
This is to ensure the convenience of citizens and to facilitate the completion of their procedures with ease and simplicity.
It is worth noting that on Monday, the Fund’s Director General approved a new batch of loans comprising 10,394 loans for the construction of approximately (12,472) housing units in the cities, provinces, and districts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia covered by the Fund’s services, with a total value of (5,197) million riyals.
