The Enforcement and Liquidation Center “Enfaaz” conducted 51 real estate auctions from May 10 to 16, 2026, covering various regions of the Kingdom, as part of its duties related to overseeing the liquidation and sale of real estate assets.
The real estate auctions resulted in the sale of more than 200 diverse real estate assets, with a total area exceeding 3.7 million square meters, reflecting the volume of activity in the real estate auction market during the aforementioned period.
Total sales from these auctions amounted to more than 670 million riyals, as part of the Center’s efforts to organize sales and oversee the liquidation of assets in accordance with approved procedures and regulations.
