Al-Arjan Projects, a company specializing in the development of integrated residential neighborhoods, has completed its preparations to showcase its new projects at the Riyadh Real Estate Exhibition «Restatex,» in which it is participating as a Platinum Sponsor, where it will showcase its new Al-Shorouq project, located northeast of Riyadh in the Al-Ramal neighborhood, which features 334 residential villas. Also on display—for the first time—will be the Al-Qamra project, located north of Riyadh in the Al-Narges neighborhood, consisting of 327 residential villas.

On this occasion, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Engineer Iyad Al-Banyan noted that Al-Arjan aims to complete the construction and development of 961 residential units during 2016, with the number of residential units under construction expected to exceed 1,700 by the end of 2016. Al-Arjan also aims to deliver more than 384 residential units to its valued customers over the coming year.
