The company explained that Masar Gardens represents a geographical extension and development of the city. is a geographical and developmental extension of the Masar destination, and comes within its five-year strategy aimed at building a diversified portfolio of urban destinations, based on its development and operational expertise, in order to create sustainable value for the place, people and investors, and keep pace with the development targets in Makkah Al Mukarramah.<The project represents a pivotal step in the company's journey towards diversifying its development portfolio and expanding its presence in the urban destinations sector, by developing urban environments that contribute to enhancing community vitality and achieving long-term value while preserving the identity and privacy of the place, through a strategic alliance in which Umm Al Qura Development and Construction Company leads the alliance and manages the development with national companies playing the role of financial partner and technical partner.

The Masar Gardens project extends over a total area of approximately 1.It is classified as a mixed-use urban project with a five-year development period.

The vision of the project is to create an interconnected and sustainable destination with more than 140,000 square meters of green spaces, an integrated network of roads, infrastructure and public services, more than 8 kilometers of pedestrian paths and 17 kilometers of bicycle path, promoting sustainability and modern urban mobility while preserving the mountainous nature of the area.
