The the Enforcement and Liquidation Center «Enfaz» that it oversaw the conduct of 26 real estate auctions during the period from May 31 to June 6, in a number of regions across the Kingdom. The center stated that more than 70 diverse real estate assets were sold during the auctions, including land and properties with a total area exceeding 1.4 million square meters.

According to the data, the results yielded total sales exceeding 150 million riyals, indicating continued demand for real estate assets offered through auction platforms and the role of «Enfaaz» in supporting market efficiency and regulating sales operations.
