A royal decree was issued yesterday relieving Engineer Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al-Hussein, Minister of Water and Electricity, of his post, and appointing Mr. Abdulrahman bin Abdulmohsen Al-Fadli, Minister of Agriculture, to serve as Minister of Water and Electricity. The text of the royal decree is as follows:

With the help of Allah, the Most High
We, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud
King of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Having reviewed the Basic Law of Governance, issued by Royal Decree No. (A/90) dated 27/8/1412 AH.
And having reviewed the Law of the Council of Ministers, issued by Royal Decree No. (A/13) dated March 3, 1414 AH.
And having reviewed Royal Decree No. (A/68) dated 9/4/1436 AH.
We hereby decree the following:
First: His Excellency Engineer Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al-Hussein, Minister of Water and Electricity, is relieved of his post.
Second: His Excellency Mr. Abdulrahman bin Abdulmohsen Al-Fadli, Minister of Agriculture, is hereby appointed to perform the duties of Minister of Water and Electricity.
Third: This decree shall be communicated to the competent authorities for approval and implementation.
