Enforcement and Liquidation Center (Enforcement) announced that during the period from 15 to 30 June 2026, it supervised (77) real estate auctions in various regions of the Kingdom, including (955) various real estate assets for sale.

This was followed by the Eastern Province with (9) auctions that included (110) real estate assets, the Asir Province with (7) auctions that included (79) assets, and the Qassim Province with (6) auctions that included (108) real estate assets.<The rest of the Kingdom's regions will witness a number of different real estate auctions, where (4) auctions will be held in Hail region including (58) real estate assets, (3) auctions in Medina region including (41) assets, (3) auctions in Jazan region including (53) assets, and (3) auctions in Jazan region including (53) assets, (3) auctions in the Northern Borders region, including (14) real estate assets, in addition to two auctions in each of Al-Jouf (30) assets and Najran (34) assets, and one auction in each of Tabuk (13) assets and Al-Baha (1) real estate asset.
