Organized by the Northern Border Chamber, in collaboration with the Land Registry, a workshop yesterday titled “The Journey of Real Estate Registration and Land Registry Services,” attended by a number of stakeholders and investors in the real estate sector, held in the meeting room at the Chamber’s headquarters in Arar.
The workshop reviewed the concept of real estate registration and its importance in documenting property ownership, in addition to explaining the registration procedures and steps required to benefit from Land Registry services, as well as highlighting the benefits the system provides to property owners and investors, and its role in enhancing the reliability of real estate data and safeguarding rights.
This workshop is part of the Chamber’s efforts to support the real estate sector and raise awareness of modern real estate services, and to enable the business sector to benefit from initiatives and services that contribute to the development of the real estate market, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, and to enhance the investment environment in the region.
