The platform explained, via its account on the “X,” that it provides a unified portal showcasing real estate opportunities available to non-Saudis in various cities across the Kingdom, while verifying compliance with the necessary regulations and requirements for those wishing to purchase property within the specified geographic areas.

The platform confirmed that it provides users with access to accurate and up-to-date data on available properties and the geographic areas where ownership is permitted, thereby facilitating the search and selection process.
“Saudi Real Estate” also offers a service for submitting ownership applications and obtaining the necessary approvals electronically, without the need to visit service offices, in a move aimed at streamlining procedures and enhancing the user experience through digital solutions.
