During its session held today, Tuesday, in Jeddah and chaired by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud (may God protect him), the Council of Ministers approved an exemption from the requirement to include dependents in the household for the calculation of the minimum threshold for: elderly individuals with no income, people with disabilities, and orphans with special circumstances who have no family, as well as beneficiaries of the social security system, from the requirement to include dependents in the household when calculating the minimum pension.

It was also agreed that the upper limit for heavy-duty truck models permitted for import into the Kingdom would be calculated based on the model year rather than the year of manufacture.
