The General Real Estate Authority is preparing to organize the third edition of Real Estate Brokerage Forum on July 18 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, with broad participation from experts, professionals, and practitioners in the real estate sector.
The forum aims to discuss the most significant developments in the real estate sector and their implications for market governance, as well as to promote the sector’s growth and enhance its investment appeal, in addition to reviewing the transformations that the real estate brokerage industry has undergone in recent times.
It also serves as Real Estate Brokerage Forum a platform that brings together experts and practitioners to exchange expertise and experiences, and to discuss the changes and challenges facing the Saudi real estate market, thereby contributing to the development of professional practices and improving the quality of services provided.
Through this forum, the Authority seeks to enhance the reliability of real estate transactions and support efforts aimed at building a more efficient and transparent real estate market, thereby strengthening its ability to attract domestic and international capital and investments, and aligning with the Kingdom’s real estate sector development goals.
As part of the preparations for the forum, the General Real Estate Authority announced the opening of nominations for participation in the showcase of success stories and outstanding experiences as part of the third edition’s events, with the aim of highlighting inspiring role models in the real estate brokerage sector and promoting the exchange of expertise and knowledge among its professionals. The Authority clarified that nominations are open to real estate brokers who have achieved notable accomplishments and experiences worthy of presentation, and it also made it possible for others to nominate brokers to participate in showcasing their success stories via a dedicated online link.
The Authority confirmed that nominations will be accepted until July 10, 2026, and urged interested parties to complete the registration process before the deadline.
The allocation of sessions to showcase success stories is part of the Authority’s efforts to elevate the real estate brokerage profession by highlighting pioneering experiences, and encouraging the transfer of knowledge and exchange of expertise among practitioners, thereby supporting the consolidation of professional practices and contributing to the continued development of the Saudi real estate market.
