the General Authority for Real Estate has announced the licensing of five real estate share offerings, following the completion of regulatory requirements and procedures and the approval by the Capital Market Authority to issue real estate share certificates in accordance with the type of offering, with a total capital exceeding (346) million riyals, and a total offering volume exceeding (329) million riyals, for the development of (685) real estate units in the cities of Riyadh and Al-Khobar.
Development of Various Residential Projects
The Authority clarified that licensed real estate contributions include the development of various residential projects, with implementation periods ranging from 18 to 36 months after the issuance of all contribution certificates to investors is completed, in accordance with the provisions of the Real Estate Contributions Law and its implementing regulations.
The Authority confirmed that real estate contributions represent a regulated financing and investment channel that contributes to diversifying real estate financing and investment instruments and enables real estate developers to implement their projects, thereby helping to accelerate the pace of construction, increase the supply of residential, commercial, and investment real estate products, and support sustainable urban development.

It added that real estate contributions provide a regulated and reliable real estate investment vehicle, offering promising investment opportunities for investors and enterprises through a regulatory framework that safeguards the rights of all parties, enhances transparency and governance, and boosts the attractiveness of investment in the real estate sector, thereby contributing to the achievement of the Kingdom’s economic and urban development goals.
The Authority affirmed its commitment to continuing to develop the real estate investment scheme in partnership with relevant authorities, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the real estate market, expanding investment opportunities, and stimulating the development of high-quality projects, and help increase the real estate supply in support of economic and urban development goals.
