The Global Islamic Finance Symposium, titled “The Partnership Between Financiers and Developers and Its Impact on Home Ownership,” will kick off tomorrow, Sunday, May 12, in Al-Khobar. The event is being organized by Amlak International for Real Estate Development and Financing for the fifth consecutive year at the Sofitel Al Khobar Hotel.
The symposium will be hosted by the chairman and members of the company’s Sharia Board—His Eminence Sheikh Dr. Abdul Sattar Abu Ghaddah, chairman of the board, and Sheikh Dr. Muhammad Al-Qari and Sheikh Dr. Rashid Al-Ghunaim, members of the board— with the participation of Mohammed Al-Hamli, CEO of Dar & Emaar Real Estate Investment and Development, and Radan Al-Duweish, Chairman of Al-Hakimiyah Holding, alongside Abdullah Al-Huweish, Managing Director and CEO of Amlak International,who explained that the seminar comes at a time when the real estate market is undergoing a significant turning point, thanks to a series of laws and regulations that are set to bring about a qualitative shift in the legislative environment for both the financial and real estate sectors, noting that during the seminar—and in the presence of its partners from Al-Hakimiyah, Dar, and Emaar—Amlak International will showcase its pioneering experience in establishing strategic partnerships with them, and the innovative solutions that have resulted, which have led to an increase in the number of citizens benefiting from the high-quality housing products made available by the two companies.
For his part, Mohammed Al-Hamli, CEO of Dar & Emaar Real Estate Investment and Development, stated that sponsoring the fifth edition of the seminar reflects the current reality of the Saudi real estate market and helps raise public awareness of the efforts made by real estate development companies to find real estate solutions and build residential units that are affordable for everyone.
Radhan Al-Duweish noted that the success of this series of seminars stems from the determination of real estate development companies and Amlak International to find integrated real estate financing solutions, which Al-Hakimiyah Holding provides to citizens in partnership with Amlak International.
