His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nahar bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the Madinah Region, received in his office the director of the Real Estate Development Fund in the region, Engineer Khalid bin Dakhil Al-Halafi, at his office.
During the meeting, His Highness reviewed the branch’s annual report for 2025, which highlighted its most significant achievements, the services provided to beneficiaries, and the branch’s efforts to support housing programs and achieving their targets, along with performance indicators, progress made in enabling beneficiaries to access financing products and housing solutions, and efforts to develop services and improve the beneficiary experience.
Engineer Al-Halafi expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Highness the Deputy Governor of the Madinah Region for the attention and follow-up he has given to the work of the Real Estate Development Fund branch, emphasizing that this contributes to enhancing the quality of services provided to beneficiaries, and supporting the achievement of the housing sector’s targets in the region.
