The Support and Liquidation Center “Enforcement” announced that it will hold 95 real estate auctions in various regions of the Kingdom, featuring 1,043 diverse real estate assets, during the period from August 15 to 31, 2026.
The Riyadh region leads the number of real estate auctions with 31 auctions, comprising 299 real estate properties, while the Makkah region ranks second with 23 auctions, comprising 277 real estate properties, followed by the Eastern Province with 9 auctions, comprising 86 real estate properties, then the Al-Qassim region with 8 auctions, comprising 120 real estate properties, followed by the Asir region with 5 auctions, comprising 55 real estate properties.
Three auctions are also being held in each of Madinah, Tabuk, and Ha'il, and two auctions in each of Al-Jawf, Jazan, Najran, the Northern Border Region, and Al-Baha.
