The Najran Regional Authority, represented by the Habouna Governorate Municipality, 8 diverse investment opportunities to the private sector as part of a public competition through the municipal investment portal «Furs,» in a move aimed at stimulating investment and supporting economic and service development in the governorate.
The the new investment opportunities across a range of commercial, residential, recreational, and sports activities, thereby enhancing the diversity of investment projects and enabling the private sector to participate in the development of local services and facilities.
Commercial and residential projects of various sizes
The opportunities include a project to construct, renovate, operate, and maintain a commercial and residential complex in Al-Manshar, covering an area of approximately 5,594 square meters, as well as an opportunity to build, renovate, operate, and maintain commercial stores in Habouna covering an area of up to 1,650 square meters.
The investment package also includes a project to construct, renovate, operate, and maintain multiple commercial markets at the eastern entrance to Habouna, covering an area exceeding 10,724 square meters, thereby supporting commercial activity and providing additional services to the governorate’s residents and visitors.
Opportunities for Recreation and Sports Activities
In the social and recreational sector, the municipality has offered an opportunity to construct, renovate, operate, and maintain a wedding hall for women in Al-Manshar, with an area of approximately 5,195 square meters. The opportunities also included support for sports and recreational activities through the restoration, operation, and maintenance of a soccer field in Al-Jafjah covering an area of approximately 3,740 square meters, as well as an opportunity to build, renovate, operate, and maintain a kiosk next to Al-Habaya Park, covering an area of 15 square meters.
