The Riyadh Region Secretariat has launched, via the «Furs» platform 55 diverse investment opportunities in 23 neighborhoods across Riyadh, as part of its efforts to foster a conducive environment for investment and promote urban development in the capital. The opportunities, covering a total area of over 352,000 square meters, residential, mixed-use commercial, industrial, and warehouse projects, as well as specialized uses such as parking lots, small parcel exchange centers, and cafes.
It also included investment opportunities included the offering of investment sites in a number of Riyadh’s parks for mobile sports activities and food and beverage services, thereby contributing to the diversification of services provided to neighborhood residents and enhancing the investment appeal of Riyadh’s parks.
The opportunities offered are spread across various sectors in the capital, Riyadh, and include the following neighborhoods: Al-Awali, Al-Ma’izlia, Al-Ramal, Al-Nadwa, Al-Qayrawan, Tuwaig, Al-Nizam, Dhahrat Labban, Al-Janadriyah, Badr, Al-Rawabi, Al-Khair, Al-Fakhriyah, Arid, Al-Aarid, Al-Narges, Al-Rabwah, Dharat Al-Badi’ah, Al-Suwaidi Al-Gharbi, Al-Rabwah, Al-Rabee", Al-Hamra, and Al-Marwah, with varying contract terms and floor areas, offering investors and entrepreneurs opportunities tailored to market needs.
The Municipality invited investors and interested parties to review the details of the investment opportunities via the »Fursat” platform, complete the regulatory requirements, and submit proposals within the timeframes specified for each opportunity.
This step is an extension of the Riyadh Municipality’s strategy to empower the private sector to actively participate in the development of commercial and residential activities, thereby contributing to sustainable urban development and improving quality of life, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
