The the Medina Region Secretariat has announced an investment opportunity to build, operate, and maintain a park in the Al-Difa“ neighborhood, as part of its efforts to promote private-sector participation in the development of facilities and services and to improve the quality of life and well-being of residents. The opportunity is located at the intersection of Imam Ibn Majah Road and Ummayma bint al-Nu’man ibn al-Harith Road, on a plot of land measuring 46,863.12 square meters, with a contract term of up to 25 years and a grace period of 30 months.
The opportunity allows the investor to utilize up to 25% of the park’s total area for commercial, educational, health, and sports activities, thereby contributing to the diversification of services offered within the park, and enhancing its appeal as an urban oasis serving residents and visitors.
The Secretariat invited investors wishing to review the details and terms of the opportunity to apply through the ”Fursat" Saudi Cities Investment Portal, noting that the launch of investment opportunities is part of efforts to develop municipal assets, stimulate high-quality investments, and upgrade public facilities, thereby contributing to enhancing the quality of life in Madinah, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
