With the participation of more than 100 specialized companies representing eight countries, the 6th International Security and Safety Exhibition will kick off next Monday under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, and organized by Dhahran Expo, from May 16 to 19. The event will showcase the latest products and technologies specializing in safety, civil defense, and effective hazard prevention.
Held in a total area of 3,,600 square meters, aims to provide interested parties with an opportunity to meet, engage in dialogue, and showcase the latest security and safety technologies, as well as related products and services, which in turn serve investors, experts, and all segments of society from various regions of the Kingdom. Companies will focus on organizing various activities and events to foster development, raise awareness, and enhance understanding among the public, while highlighting and introducing new products that align with the aspirations of the security and safety sector. Observers expect the exhibition to attract more than 20,000 visitors.
On this occasion, Mohammed bin Hamad Al-Husseini, CEO of Dhahran International Exhibitions Company, emphasized that the Eastern Province, having distinguished itself in the industrial sector, has become a target for local and global investors. The region’s industrial sector is considered one of the Kingdom’s most important strategic investments, as it now ranks first in terms of investment volume in its factories and second in terms of the number of workers. From this perspective, the concept of security and safety is among the requirements the region seeks to establish and implement as needed, underscoring the importance of the exhibition, which is expected to attract significant attention given the number of participating companies, experts, and leading international and local firms.
