The Ministry of Housing has revealed that it has 68 ongoing projects across various regions of the Kingdom, covering an area of more than 65 million square meters.

The Ministry’s projects across various regions comprise 73,467 housing units, the details of which are as follows: 14,248 residential units (villas), 31,877 apartment units, and 27,342 plots of land, with Riyadh accounting for 3,006 residential units (villas) and 7,155 plots of land.
