The Support and Liquidation Center (Enforcement) that it will hold 95 real estate auctions in various regions of the Kingdom, featuring 1,370 diverse real estate assets, during the period from September 1 to 15, 2026.
The Riyadh region leads the number of real estate auctions with 25 auctions, comprising 252 real estate assets, while the Makkah region ranks second with 21 auctions, comprising 341 real estate assets, followed by the Eastern Province with 10 auctions, comprising 150 real estate assets, then the Qassim region with 9 auctions, comprising 161 real estate assets, followed by the Asir region with 7 auctions, comprising 105 real estate assets.
Five auctions will be held in both Madinah and Hail, three auctions in both Tabuk and Jazan, two auctions in each of Al-Jawf, Najran, and Al-Baha, and one auction in the Northern Border Region.
