The Enforcement and Liquidation Center (Enfaz) announced the holding of 73 real estate auctions in various regions of the Kingdom, which include the offering of 1,000 diverse real estate assets, during the period from September 15 to 30, 2026.
The Riyadh region leads in the number of real estate auctions with 20 auctions, including 186 real estate assets, while the Makkah region comes in second place with 16 auctions, including 283 real estate assets, followed by the Eastern region with 9 auctions including 107 real estate assets.
The Asir region will witness the holding of 5 auctions that include 75 real estate assets, while 4 auctions will be held in Madinah and Qassim, including 85 real estate assets in Madinah and 83 real estate assets in Qassim.
Three auctions will be held in Hail and Jazan, two auctions in Tabuk, Al-Jawf, Najran and the Northern Borders, in addition to one auction in the Al-Baha region.
