Mazad Trading Company announces the public auction, under the supervision of the Enforcement and Liquidation Center "Enfaz", and by decision of the Enforcement Court and by ruling of the Personal Status Court, regarding the holding of the "Sana Makkah" auction.
The auction will start electronically on Thursday, September 24, 2026, via the Mubasher Auctions platform at 12:00 PM, and will end on Sunday, September 27, 2026.
The auction offers a range of properties in the holy capital, Makkah, including raw land within the Haram boundary on the Makkah-Laith road with an area of approximately 186,000 square meters in the Harat Al-Bab Al-Jadeed neighborhood, and a hotel under construction with an area of 3,286 square meters located less than 2 km from the Haram. It also offers four commercial and residential buildings with different areas and neighborhoods, making the auction an investment opportunity for individuals, developers, and investors in Makkah in light of the growing number of visitors and pilgrims in the holy capital.
