The Saudi Housing Finance Company “Sahl,” continuing its long track record of participation and presence at various events related to the real estate finance, development, and housing sectors, as a Bronze Sponsor of the Fourth Saudi Real Estate Conference “SAYERC 4,” held at the Raffles Kempinski Hotel in Riyadh under the gracious patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Housing, Mr. Majed Al-Hogail, titled "The Role of the Real Estate Sector in the National Transformation Program," which took place on May 15 and 16 and was organized by RBR Media.
"Sahl" , through its participation in the accompanying exhibition, presented its financing solutions to visitors, which will turn the dream of home ownership into a reality by offering Sharia-compliant financing products that cover all customer segments and meet their needs—whether they are government employeesor the private sector, as well as self-employed individuals, businesspeople, retirees, and residents.
For his part, Mr. Abdul-Ilah Al-Sheikh, CEO of the Saudi Housing Finance Company "Sahl," commented that the company’s participation in sponsoring the fourth edition of the (SARC 4) is of the utmost importance to the company’s priorities, as "Sahl"—having won the award for Best Retail Customer Service Provider for 2015 (at the Banker Middle East Awards), to meet its customers“ housing needs through its many current financing programs or new programs to be launched soon, in line with the company’s aspirations and future vision.
During his participation in a working session titled “The Efficiency of the Financing System in the Development of the Real Estate Industry,” Al-Sheikh that all of the Saudi Housing Finance Company’s programs comply with the provisions and principles of Islamic Sharia and are approved by the company’s Sharia Supervisory Board, one of whose most important responsibilities is to ensure the Sharia compliance of its operations and to guarantee that all of the company’s activities conform to the provisions and principles of Islamic Sharia.
During “Sahl”’s participation in the exhibition accompanying the conference, visitors were introduced to the integrated financing products and solutions offered by the company, such as the Ijara program, which enables customers to obtain housing without the need to direct their salaries to the company.
